About the Role
Responsibilities
Learning and following all protocols and procedures in eyelash application, service and client relations.
Applying eyelash extensions that wow clients and protect the health and safety of their natural lashes.
Conducting world-class consultations by following our proven method and listening to clients wants and expectations.
Building relationships with clients and building your book.
Educating clients on the best way to care for their extensions.
Selling products to ensure lash retention and converting clients to members.
Following all sanitation protocols and standards and ensure the studio is kept clean and neat at all times.
Attend all team meetings whether in person or by phone.
Requirements
Requirements
Must be able to work during the hours of: 6-9pm Mon-Fri
Passionate about the beauty industry.
Outgoing personality, able to work with others and be a team player.
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, neat and clean appearance.
Strong work ethic, willing to sell additional products and services.
Previous lashing experience preferred, but not required.
Most importantly, love beautiful lashes and the way they make you and your clients feel!
Great Attitude with willingness to learn and work as a team.
Indiana Recognized Certification in Lash Extensions or currently learning
